Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the comments.
It was a fun build and now I know more about the 289 style cars and small blocks.
I know Juan has a deeper appreciation for this car than the previous one. He knows what it takes to build a very detailed car. I am sure his involvment in this project is pricless. The car really did turn out better than expected.
I am glad the build is finished. Now off to one of my other hobbies, Bowhunting, the time is right and I am pretty much out of here for the next 2 weeks as the rut is approaching. I have a couple of dates with some 160-180 class bucks on our private property. They won last year so we will see whatt happens this year.. Besides this is more than a hobby it's my real job, tough as it is;).
