Yeah, I’ve been over to Vals garage and he almost filled a 10 gallon bucket of stuff I could use. JoAnn and I have chatted with them about their move and had lunch with them a couple weeks ago. Talk...
Haven’t signed on here for a long time...haven’t put more than about 500 miles on both cars since a Revision hip, COVID-19, and other aches and pains have over the past few years. Hope all are OK...
Nice job Tony. Now I know who to go to when my pipes need some love.....
I’m thinking rust....I’ve heard of moisture getting inside of the cylinder, so that might be the reason for the color. Swapping out master cylinders is a two man job....but got one in by...
Back around 2000, I wanted to replace the brake pads and rotors on 3004.....looked things over and decided to drop the entire read end. Made it a lot easier, but what a chore getting it back up...
Started swapping out the brake master cylinders....wasn’t very easy. First, the brake lines where they meet the master cylinder....the fittings were “frozen” and even with the proper line wrench...
Got around to working on 9512 that has been sitting in the garage while I recovered from surgery. Almost 2 years. New hip replacement for the one that I received in ‘92....got my dimes worth out of...
Rick, you might want to replace the felpro stuff with one from Car Quest, part number MS 15166X. It's made by Victor Reinz - if I spelled that right! I had the same issue with the felpro sliding...
No need to apologize Patrick......that was something you had no control over. As far as the images go, the worst thing will be we'll have to upload them again.
Thanks for all you do to keep us...

I see where Maurice is signed up w/Dennis Swann,..... you going too Alan?
Taking the old 3004 Black car, 9512 needs some more tinkering and I don't have the time to get her ready.
Ron, if you're making connections that have to be plugged and unplugged, then the weather pack stuff is hard to beat. But if you just have to join two wires together, like connecting a light socket...
Alan and Maurice, Jo and I send our sincere condolences. We will pray that your families will have strength and comfort through these tough times.
Oh, viewing my profile, it says I have not created an album?
If I had to complain.............. the only tid bit I found when first opening the gallery tab, I used the search feature to find my own album using my user name. Found nothing. It would...
Oh well, I'm still stuck in the 60's, so checks in the USPS pony express. Maybe one day I'll figure out the pay pal thing :D
Yeah Geary, pictures are deceiving I guess :D
Very nice indeed Alan! How does that tiny stock radiator keep the V8 cool?

Phil, how the insurance company comes up with the vehicle value is immaterial to the agreed value issue.
Most insurance companies that DO NOT offer AGREED VALUE policies will depreciate your...
Although I cringe when I see a GM mill in a Cobra or any Ford bodied car, I still stand by the adage that it's your car, so do it your way. That said, if I was starting a new replica build and...
Phil, I think the policy must state " agreed value". I think that's a legal term with insurance. If I were you, I would contact your agent and request written verification that indeed you will...
