I have an early style waterpump with the passenger side exit. I use a Gates 21377. I used the old hose as a pattern to cut the new hose into the proper sections. Hope this helps.
Rick - My car must have a radiator similar to yours. Top hose on drivers side and bottom on the passenger side. This make sense to me as early style SB windsor water pumps have the bottom hose inlet...
Try Ron Francis at this website: www.wire-works.com They sell a brigther 1077 bulb which replaces a standard 1157 for about $6. They are basically a street rod outfit but you might find some of...
That Tempur stuff is really $$$. Perhaps several of us could pitch-in some money and share a larger piece of it. Each of us would only need a piece about 12in x 15in. Does anyone know if this foam...

No doubt a hardtop would certainly change the way some would enter and exit a Cobra. It would just be another thing about these special cars to get used to. I've driven and rode as a passenger in...

Mike (and others) - except for a red pointer, a #2499 Autometer is very similar in size and looks to a SW. I believe Autometer also markets two lines that replicates Smiths and SW, although I don't...

Mike - There are a number of us with similar problems with SW tachs. Check out a thread over in Club Cobra called Tach Accuracy Questions. The SW tachs seem to work OK for a time but eventually will...

Has anyone ever fitted a hardtop to their Unique? I've seen a photo of a fastback style top on a red Unique but I'm thinking more of a 'Dragonsnake' style hardtop with a large rear window similar to...
Thanks Brent! That was a big help. I'll keep the photos for my next mis-adventure!

Well, I went and done it. I took something apart and relied on my memory to put it back together. I should know better. I have a Unique modified Hurst Indy shifter on a toploader. To facilitate a...
For those of you running an open Jag rear and interested in converting to posi, I have a fresh Jag Power-Lok (Posi) unit I purchased from CWI and no longer need. I also have new carrier bearings,...
