Homer,
Some alternators will do that. Try blippen the throttle up to about1500-1700 once oil pressure comes up. Some time the regulator needs a little extra shot to get started.

The shims to set the camber are available from Jag or most suppliers of Jag parts. They come in various thickness. What you show in the one picture are front end shims. Some use those instead of what...
Why don't you just order one from Unique??
Depends on what kind of transmission you have. You should be able to replace the seal without removing the tail housing.
Poorboy
That would depend on who built the car. There is no set place to put one. If Unique built it they usualy put it on the left front of the engine to the steering support bearing bracket. Some put it...
The car also has 2 gas fillers, one in each rear fender(only one is hooked up)

I delivered that car to the owner in New Mexico when new. He wasn't home when I got there and his wife had me put in on jack stands crossways in front of the garage so he couldn't get any of his...
Buzz,
Send me your email address and I'll send some pictures of the fan shroud to ya.
Poorboy
Buzz,
I have an older car in my shop now that the owner had a fan shroud made that sets the fan back about 5". It puts the fan just in front of the stearing rack. The sway bar goes though the...
Buzz,
You get to pull the body again.
Tony,
Yes it will be the same as on a Jag .
Tony,
Some play in the rear wheels is normal. First thing to check is make sure the axle nut is tight(around 200 ft. lbs.). If you take it ot a Jag. shop it's going to be expensive!!!
Will is...
They are 3/8 X 1 1/16 S.A.E.. Jag did not use any washers. They used a self locking nut like a Nyloc. The stock Jag bolt has a shoulder that extends thru the drive shafe flange into the differential...
No, I was talking about the pan on Justin's engine. The engine builder put one off a fox body car (double sump).
Now if he will get rid of the ugly oil pan.
The Thunderbolts were not altered wheelbase cars. There were 100 built of which around 60 still remain. The cars were not done at the Ford factory, but at Detroit Steel Tubing.
Rod
Yours is a owner installed one. The stock Unique sway bars are the same front and rear(stock MGB front)

Did you get the new one from Unique? I heard today that Griffin Radiator has went belly up.:(
Sounds like you have the same amount as before you did any work, but without the vacuum hose hooked up. Total advance would be with the vacuum hose hooked up.
Yes & No
Brent,
What you are showing in the second figure is a cross section of an inverted flair adapter fitting. Either a single or double inverted flair will work in it. The third shows a cross section...
Phil,
An Inverted flair, Double flair & Bubble flair are 3 differant types of flairs.
Mike,
I know where you might get a MGB crossmember, king pins, etc. if you end up going that way.
With some of the center sections you have to replace everything as ring & pinons are not available in some gear ratios.
A good thing to learn befor trying to order parts would be the right name for the parts you want. The part you call a ball joint is a tie rod end. You have inter & outer tie rod ends.
