Thanks guys! Hannah (my daughter) is a trip. The other day she finds my helmets, puts one on (and makes me do the same) and declares, "I wanna be race car driver, too!" Talk about proud papa! :D

I posted a few months ago (http://www.uniquecobra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6826) about the 15" tire combo that I am running that's a bit different from the standard Yoko's or BFG's. Nitto Drag...
I would like to add a limited slip to the Jag rear end. I am considering the Auburn, but I have questions on the proper spec. I know it's a Dana 44, but is it w/ or w/o C-clips? What does that...
550lb up front, 400lb in the rear. A bit stiffer ride, but not at all unreasonable and handles mucho bettero.
Paypal sent. Thanks Justin, et al!!
Suuwheeet!!! :D
Hey, Alan, where in La. is he located? I'm in Baton Rouge.

Interesting bit of info. I went to double check the length of the springs on the f/r. Turns out I have 10" in front like everybody else, but the rears are 9" instead of 8". Wasn't expecting that. ...
Happy late late birthday!!
I agree that it's different with the paired spring setup in the rear, there's also a much longer lever arm which I'm sure also affects it. I also don't have a rear swaybar and am using a 3/4" front...
Ah, so the rears are 8"? I haven't really checked, I just assumed they were the same as the front. I just recently replaced the front suspension to the more current setup and installed adjustable...
Ok, I'm looking to get heavier springs for my FIA. I'm looking at the 550lb QA1 9" springs for the front. What are you guys running in the rear? The same? 9" or 10"? Currently have 10" 300lb...
Looks good! I like!
Attaboy!!! :)
Is the tonneau for the 427 different than for the 289? I'd be interested if they were the same.
How does one determine the proper length of the adjustable endlinks for the front swaybar? Is it just whatever clears? Are you trying to get the swaybar parallel to the ground at resting height?
Heh, I've been looking at the same thing. I just upgraded the front suspension to the current Unique style, but kept the larger 7/8" bar that I already had. I plan to use the sway bar that came...
Ditto what he said.
I'll post my impressions later this week, as I am currently very displeased with what the alignment shop did and am getting a new alignment Wednesday at a shop that specializes in modified cars and...
The one for "European" cars, if I remember correctly. 45mm round rings a bell.
Buy one of the Motive pressure bleeders for about $50-60. One person job, no disconnecting necessary. I was never able to get firm brakes on the old setup (MGB) until I used this thing. Just bled...
I'll answer this, as I just finished up the swap tonight. You can't trailer the car somewhere (at least not easily) as there is nothing to hold the car up in front. So really you have to either...
The wife and I are coming. Mrs. Jean gave us a form when we picked up the front suspension. I'll send it in with the check for the steering linkage and speedometer. We'd like 2 shirts, M and L.

Thanks! It's an MSD Pro Billet "Ready to Run" distributor. I swapped out the Mallory that SA typically supplies for more adjustability. Set at 34* total, 16* initial, all in by 2800 rpm. It's...
