    Dream Cruise.....Cobra's

Well, I made it to Detroit for the Woodward Dream Cruise.
14 miles of cars in either direction....gotta love it.
Got into the mainstream and it was pretty slow going, and of
course, Cobra's don't like slow running....a heat problem to say the least.
Did not see any other Cobra's on the road ( I'm not surprised), I was even questioning my reason for being there with the Temp. gauge just
    about going 'terminal'.
Then....a guy with a BIG Cobra on his tee shirt motioned me to pull
over .....There in the Ford dealers lot on Woodward were 43 Cobras.
What a sight....only seen that many together one other time and that
was in Gadsden many years back at one of the first CobraFests.
All the Cobra's were Replicas of various origin...There was even
    a bright orange one there.
In all, it was a really great day....watched multi millions of dollars
worth of 'iron' roll by and got to do a bunch of 'Cobra' bonding
all in the comfort of the Ford dealers lot.

Sorry Guys.....No Pics...forgot the camera.( Next Year)
Doug....I do have a single cooling fan....dosn't do too much at
'crawl' speed......and I use 'Water Wetter'....and run with 75% water
in the rad........I put 50/50 coolant mix in when I store it for the
    winter..( yeh...go figure that one.)
Phil..contarary to popular belief it does not snow as soon as you
cross the boarder.....but we do have huskies on the side of the road
to pull Cobra's from N.Cal out of the ditch after they miss seeing
    the black ice patches.

Mike, did you see this weeks AutoWeek they had a couple of pages on the Woodward, no Cobra's though. Sounded great the ultimate cruise!
