    Shifter boot

I'm running the oval shifter boot - I think it's the FIA style. Anyone know where I can get a replacement boot? Mine has a hole in it and it's driving me nuts. I've looked everywhere for one.

Alan, does Unique stock replacement boots?

p.s. If you don't keep taking the engine in and out, the boot lasts longer...

Finishline is the first place I looked. No dice. I though about replacing it with a leather bag-style boot with a draw string at the top since my engine will probably be coming out a few more times before I'm happy.

Tony or anyone, I'm having a heck of a time getting the pin with the spring
back into the t handel on the shifter. Is their any tricks to this or just
    pure luck and keep trying?

This thread is almost seven years old... I think Charlie was just looking for help with a shift-lever reassembly. Anyone have a fix for him?

Yeah, I'm just looking for a little help Paul. I did a search but came up blank.
I've been trying for days to get that pin back in. Once I think I have it in and put it all back together the "T" moves out of the slot so back to
    square one again.

Probably best to start your own topic specific thread to avoid confusion and get the best answers...
