The car is finally buffed after the paint job. It is starting to look like a finished product. Tony is assembling the car, doors, trunk, hood. He will be shooting photos after the assembly. I believe the plan is for Unique to pick the car up tomorrow. Getting ever so close. Excitement is an understatement.

    Enjoy the eye candy.

    Sweet!
Looks real perty. I think red is a pretty color.[^]
With chrome. Those Chrome wire wheels are going to look nice.

Juan, you have to find wire wheel pics so you can give us a taste of what's to come.

Lookin' good Juan!! I am sure you feel like !

As I look, did they miss a spot on the top of the passenger's side door [:O], or is it my imagination playing tricks on me [}][?] Looks like they did not buff it out near the front where it widens out... optical illusion[?]

    Thanks Juan,
    That is so cool.
Do you use Photo Shop or do you have some professional program?

How is the wheel search going?

Actually Photoshop is the professional's choice for an imaging program. In my business of design you would be lost without it.

Dayton Wire Wheels is the place I am planning to get my wheels from, just not right now. I have gone over budget on my car so far and will have to replace the wheels at a later date.

Very, very nice.... love the color... love the wire wheels. How large of a tire can you put on those wire wheels anyway? As for going over budget... When I built mine I was told I would spend double what I had planned. Go for it

I don't think that I will go over budget by that much. Just a tad over. Last I heard my car will be picked up on Monday by Maurice from the painters. One step closer but it seems like pulling teeth to get the car done, not by Unique but by the painter. I have been promised that the work he does is incredible which is why I am not desperate to get the car. In the overall scheme of things the process has gone as smooth as Unique promised so I am very pleased with the process so far. In the long run the wait is insignificant.

Come on baby get here already.
