Russ,
I was getting on to post the same question when I saw yours. Sounds like I'm not alone. It's been several days now - the NorCal group was making plans for a Saturday drive and CC is our only means of communicating with one another. Oh well, I guess I'll go skiing instead. [8D]

I read over on the FFR forum that Brent was doing some serious server upgrades and hoped to have it back on line this morning. That obviously didn't happen, but you know he's feeling the stress of 4K Cobra nuts going through cyber withdrawls.

CC's very "hard down." Computerworks is a friend of mine (this info is from him), and it could be days.
I don't know whether this is a good or bad thing, but the database is backed up daily, so ultimately it can be restored if they can find enough working servers.

Brent has "something" up and running, but all back data has not been restored. You'll have to re-regester for now. Must have just gotten it up a few minutes ago, cause there were only a few others that had re-regestered before me. Major crash over there!

Jim, that's just a temporary communication system, and now all the database will have to be reloaded, which may take a day or so, if all goes well. After that's done, the new logins and all posts in the temp. system will disappear.
