    Racing Seat

At homecoming last year I noticed a few cars with the high back racing seats installed can anyone tell me ones that fit well for the Unique cars? My goal is to sit lower in the car with helmet on to meet rollbar requirements at most tracks.

    Scott,
Try the Kirkey vintage racing seat. The problem with a higher back seat is quite possible that the shoulder support will rub. I think the only style that would fit with a high back is a Nascar road race seat because of the size of the shoulder support.

    Scott,
Check out the Cobra "Opus" seat from Sube Sports (subesports.com).
I purchased the seats for my Cobra and they fit like they were built for the car.
I will be taking pictures one of these days - right now the seats are out for carpeting installation.

Can you post pics of the seats in the car without the carpet just to see how they look?

    Here's a few pictures:
A couple of the new seats, something to do with the old seats, and what I've done with the dash. My goal was to gain a little more room between me and the steering wheel by recessing the dash. So I created a totally new dash with a storage area below the gauges. There is a vinyl covered panel above the dash under the cowling.
