Front Quick Jack Mounting Rod Grommets?

Anybody know of a supplier for grommets that fill the holes for the front quick jack mounting rods? I know Finishline makes some, but they don't look as if they will fit (i.e. the body is way too thick on the grill opening side of the hole). I suspect I could take these and shave off the backside flange, but short of glueing them in the hole, retention could be an issue. Are there other solutions?

I am hoping I do not have to resort to learning how to cast rubber parts...

marcel, i cut the face off the finishline grommets and glued it to the body. you could open up the holes in the body to make them fit but i dont think its really worth the effort if the body is already painted. later, brian.

I used the ones from Finishline. The rears fit fine, the fronts are stubborn. I also cut the backs off and used clear silicone to glue them in place. Not a perfect fit, but unless you get down at there level, they look pretty good.

I did the same thing as everyone above. Used the grommets from Finishline, shaved the back and used clear silicon to attach to the body. You can always peel the clear off later.

    Talking Grommets

Looks like we all opted for the same fix.
I also cut mine and siliconed them in the holes.
