Western States Cobra Bash 2007

This may not be necessary, however, I am posting this link anyway just in case any of you westerners have not heard about this event. Registration is now open (limited to the first 200 cars). It's a great event and improves every year (this is the 3rd) - it's worth a one day up-n-back drive if you don't want to register just to check out the cars (if you live within 150 mi or so of Reno).

Phil- We're signed up...I will be with you among the ranks of the retired by then. Did you notice that WSCB is tied in with the air racers group this year? Should be some real eye candy out at Fernley if the unlimited air racer crowd shows up in any force. Love those bearcats and mustangs....not a real airplane if it doesn't have a prop. Been with lawn dart aviation for too many years. Phil

I was looking at the HMSA Vintage Car/Air Races at Fernley Raceway & Airport, however, it is on Sunday from what I understand.... we will have to wait and see how things play out.
