    Edelbrock Water Pump (information)

About a week ago I discovered my Edelbrock Water Pump on my 427 FE was leaking out of the weep hole. Shaft seal is bad, just a little over 5,000 on the car.

As information, full replacement up until the 1st year is up.

All Edelbrock water pumps can be returned to Edelbrock with $65.00 in funds, this pays for a total rebuild and shipping back to the owner.

Edelbrock advises that most failures like this show up in cars driven under 2,000 miles per year.

    Yes they do

Rick, Mine has leaked from day one at the weep hole. As soon as the engine warms up the leak stops. Over the winter I have a puddle under my car. This is good info I will send mine in after Homecoming.
