Starting to make a bit of progress

Took me a while to sort out flywheel (ordered the wrong piece to begin with) and my clutch actuation setup, but now that's squared away I have the body off and the engine/trans in the car. Depending on level of activity this weekend, there's an outside chance I'll be able to fire it up.

    All the best,

Yeah, there's no way that filter's fitting under the hood. I'm planning on ordering something more reasonable before the body goes back on. God willing and the creek don't rise, I'm planning on getting the motor fired for a few secs tomorrow or Monday. We'll see how it goes.

    Best,

let us know what size air cleaner you end up using, i have to get a smaller one myself, i will end up with a setup very similar to yours, sure wish i didn't have a body in the way for my motor reinstallation.
