    Anyone know this car?

I was just informed today that this Unique FIA is in Houston and for sale on ebay. It looks as if the car was built in Colorado as that is where the ID plate states that it was registered.

It sure has some funky wheels but the interior is really nicely done. Anyone know the details on the car? It would be nice to know as much about this car as possible since I am the "newly authorized dealer" here in Houston.

    Thanks,
    Terry

Interior really nicely done. Not sure about the speakers or being able to hear the CD's, but the concept is nicely done. There is a bit of $$ in this one. Interesting to see what it goes for.

I don't know much about it, it was sold in kit form to a guy in Co and he had his local builder finish it. It was sold on Ebay several months ago and is for sale again. Looks nice but the wheels kill it. I was high bidder for a while.

    Thanks guys for the input!

    Those wheels are fugly!

I will try to go over and take a closer look at it especially at the interior. I'm wondering if it is made of plastic or vinyl/leather covered fiber board? Some of it really looks good but has several things that really are over done and not very practical in a Cobra.

Alan, what do you think the car should bring in it's present condition?

If it had Cobra wheels I could get in the high 40s easy.

    Colors and wheels

I have seen this car before and it is super nice. The guys spent well over $60,000 on this car with lots of add ons.

Not sure why the wheels were chosen. Also the car just does not look like an FIA with the wheel and paint combo.

If the car goes for less than $60,000, someone is taking a beating and it won't be the buyer.

It didn't reach it's reserve and the highest bid was $35,000. I have emailed the seller but haven't heard back from him yet.

In case anyone hadn't noticed, Ebay is not the place to sell a Cobra, it doesn't matter who manufactured it, they all go cheap. I have bought more than one and resold them for a good profit.

It's back up on ebay as of yesterday and the bidding is at $30,000 or it least it was this afternoon. I tried to contact them about coming over to see the car but got no response.

    This car is nice!!

I said it before and I'll say it again, this car is worth more than $60,000.00.

You will not see me selling a car on E-Bay, everybody that bids there is trying to steal something.

I would change the wheels of this car and it would sell.

It may be a $60,000 car but it reached it reserve at or below $39,900 last night! So it looks like it will sell today for somewhere around that amount.

Too bad as it really hurts the value of the cars in the market place right now especially when I am trying to sell some cars for Unique in the $50,000 range.

    Too bad

Desperate sellers hurt the cars' true value.

    Steal

Someone stole that car, a wheel change and they get a great car. A bit of a rod and custom Cobra.

    Juan,

    I certainly agree!

If I didn't have all my cash tied up in mine I would have made a run at it the first time it ran since it was right here in Houston.
