    shifters

    Has anyone ever used the midshift kit in an TKO600 when building a SC car instead of using the bent shifter in the standard position? Looking for pro's, cons, likes and dislikes.

    I just like the look of the original style bent shifter. The throw is not excessive and the odd up/down movement does fall right at-hand and feels natural. My application is on a Toploader.

    My car is an FIA, but I do have the tko mid shift kit. I used the 289 handle from Unique, and I really like the setup.
