Stringing the Car
These are some shots from a jig I made to work with the Unique Cobra's.
Just had all the rear suspension and differental out of the car changing the rear gear from a 331 to a 373. Needed a starting point for the rear toe in allignment. This allows me to come of the frame and form two parallel strings to check measurements to the tires, (front & rear). I have a set of jack stands on both sides which was set up one side at a time. The sting just touches the framing square front a rear then you remove the jig and go to the other side. I also had replaced the wishbone bushings and reworked the front and rear sway bars.
