and young lady--mom and dad big democrats standing by,the professor,a republican, talking to young lady--said she wanted to be president some day.Old Vern asked her what would be the first thing she would do as president.She replied that she would give houses to all the homeless people.The old professor said "wow,that would be great"." But you don,t have to wait until you are president to do that,you can come over to our house, mow the grass and I will pay you $50 .Then you can go over there to the homeless folk and give the money to them to use toward a new house".Young lady thought a minute and said"why doesn,t the homeless guy go cut the grass, you pay him the $50 toward purchase of a house?"Whereupon the old professor replied "welcome to the republican party".My dog, Professor Vernon Von Studebaker, wishes you a good day.
