New owner of 2002 Unique 427 Cobra

I'm going to purchase either the Cobra Restorers seat or the Sterling Replicars seat.

Is the Sterling seat ($450/$625 in leather) recommended over the Cobra Restorers seat ($299)?

Opinions please!

You can bolt directly to the floor with spacers to the front edge or as I did make a frame for it then bolt it to the floor.
I didn't use the sliders.

If I knew about the Cobra Restorers seat I would have bought it for the price savings.

I Purchased the seat with the vinyl cover from Sterling. $175.00 extra for leather is crazy.
