Thanks....Yes it will avoid the lines as it will come in contact with the mounting bolt first. after the throttle linkage is hooked to the carb i may have to put in a longer bolt if the linkage pulls to far on the throttle arm.

Good job, very well done.

Very nice work. I really like the brackets a lot.
Very cool built to watch.
Let me know when the "body lowering party" is. I'm in!

Thank you all VERY MUCH! I equally enjoy completing a step of the build, grabbing the camera and hope it meets the standards that have been set with the other builds. You guy's have set the bar really high, giving the new builder's something to strive for. there is no doubt that while we may have our set of standard, these forums and knowing that everyone will be looking at our individual progress, seems to make us all do even a better job and take no short cuts. There is nothing that makes a guy feel better than when a positive comment is made about his craftsmanship and receives the approval of others. the previous photo's and idea's within these postings have made us all better builders .
That being said, please never hold back if any of you see something that could or should be done better in my build. like brent wrote a long time ago "we are smarter than me" Brent your offer to lower the body when the time comes is very much appreciated. I had already placed you at the top of the list, you just didn't know it yet.....
Thanks for the compliments!

Nice and neat, Eddie!
Question for the group:
Over time, is there wear and tear to these lines due to pressure from resting your feet on them, or are they far enough out of the way so that it isn't a problem?
Thanks

Your feet never touch them. Can't see them. Cool deal.
