Turkey pan

As predicted by Alan, my big oval Cobra air cleaner does not fit. Wondered if anyone has adapted a turkey pan on a 351w with a airgap manifold?

if it is too tall this will not help. if the front to back clearance is the problem you can cut the bottom plate out in a rectangle offsetting the carb hole the amount you need for clearance. reverce the cut out section and tig back in. you can lower it a small amount..1/4-1/2 maybe? by milling the carb flange of the air cleaner. there are a couple of other modifications but it can be done. i ran one on my 427 car for years. call if you need to. 910-617-3493.
