    Backspacing for 17" wheels.

    Hi There, I'm looking at picking up a set of used Team III's for the 427 SC. Looking for help on the backspacing. The wheels are 17 x 8 and 17 x 10.5. Tires are 245/45 & 315/35. Not sure what the backspacing is on them so I'll have to measure when I go look at them. But anybody have any idea what will fit and look decent? Thanks for your help!!

    Ron;
    I'm running 17" wheels, 8" in front and 11" in back and I had them backspaced to the spec.'s that Maurice gave me, which were 4" in front and 5" in back. I didn't trust my memory so I looked on the receipt from Vintage Wheel Works where I bought them. I hope this helps.

    Make sure they have a Chevy bolt pattern.
