I hear that the 2012 LCS raffle car is going to be a Unique made to look like the Coventry Motors race car. I also heard that Unique is modifying a 289 FIA to more resemble the Allen Grant car.

I had heard the same. Maybe this will be my year to win!
I never did hear if Alan and Maurice enjoyed their visit or not. I know they are not big on car shows and consider it a neccessary evil. But as many of you know, London is not like many of the other shows.

Maurice really enjoyed the show, I didn't make the trip. We will be building this years raffle car, I will start on it this week and it is a replica of the yellow Coventry 289 comp car. The door openings and oil cooler area will be changed to look like the original. I will post pics as I go.
