    Water Pump Question

    First of all...I am building my motor...a 351W to be used in a 427 build...my question...do you use a driver's side or passenger side inlet water pump. A dumb question I am sure...but want to limit my mistakes...they can be costly. Also. can you use a 427 style overflow tank on a SBF/351W?

    the top radiator inlet is on the right side

    The water pump is a driver side inlet.
    The upper hose in on the passenger side.

    When I refurbed mine this year I added a Harrison overflow tank
    like the Alan Mann car that was built for the raffle.

    I'm sure someone has a 427 style overflow for the 351...I just didn't look real hard.
