Major Upgrade to the Forum Software

You've probably already noticed that things look a bit different. I just finished the upgrade to version 4.2 of our forum software. We were running 3.x before so this is big. I'll be spending the next few days getting the colors and links back the way they should be. I'll be keeping the forum live while I work through this so don't be alarmed if things seem to be changing while you are active on the site.

This new software has a lot of new features and should be easier to use for most.
