427 S/C tail light wiring question

Hello Everyone,

I took my Cobra out for a drive tonight and I noticed that my left rear tail lights were not working.

When I opened the trunk I noticed that there was a yellow wire that wasn't hooked to anything and a dark wire (I couldn't tell if it was black, brown, or another dark color) that had come loose from I think a connector that spliced it to a red wire.

I think I received a wiring harness manual when I bought my Cobra, but I can't seem to find it.

Could someone please tell me the order of the connections? I know believe the black wire is ground.

Also, on the right side both the top and bottom lights are on when the running/parking lights are on. Is this normal? Or, should only the top or bottom light up leaving the other one for the turn and brake lights.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. A photo would be great. I'll try to post a photo of my tail light wiring in a little bit.
