Part 6: Body Transformation - continued: Fitting the grill

As you will notice from back in the Color thread, CSX 2459 had a grill. Look closely. I picked one up from CSXParts. It is a nice piece, but it did not fit the grill opening.





This picture shows that, at first, it did not fit all that well, so we had to call in the expert! "Hey, Alan!!!"





Dr. Alan works his magic on her nose job. A little rhinoplasty, anyone?

There, now that is impressive! Almost fit...





Needs final priming and it is off to paint!
