    Shock and Spring recommendations

I have a 289 FIA that was built in 1994. I would like to upgrade the shocks,springs-what are you guys using? I will be installing the 7/8" front bar and moving the 3/4" bar to the rear with poly bushes. I will not be autocrossing or tracking the car but would like it to handle better than it does now. It would be helpful to know model numbers and spring rates from those that have had them on a car for a few miles... Thanks Rich

Not sure when they made the change, but do you have the newer version of the front suspension with coil-overs and bigger brakes on it now? If not, you might want to explore that as an upgrade. You might want to talk to Alan about it.
