When I was much younger and still in high school. All the car guys took an English class from a particular teacher. This teacher was into high speed rally racing. Teaching was his second job or so he claimed. He told a story of a similar situation. They were on a straight road with rolling hills and a sharp right hand turn up ahead. There were power lines on poles to one side. The driver was watching the line of poles for the turn. The problem was that the road turned but the poles continued straight. They ran off the road at over 100MPH and totaled the car. Driver and navigator were both okay.

    Hi Paul,

You caught me off guard with your call so please excuse my stumbling and stammering. I'll post here regarding what the final disposition is with #4279436. I really appreciate your call, so thanks for checking on us. It means a lot!

    Good luck with your project.

I received a call from the insurance company today. They are calling it a total loss and . I'm sad because it was a beautiful car and awesome to drive. I am happy because I didn't want it back after what it went through.

No worries, Phil, it's been a loooong time! Do you have a buy-back option? You put a lot of work in that motor... hopefully that was not damaged. Perhaps it is easier to start with your car than start over again...
