Thanks to Alan and Maurice we now have two more FIA's in the Atlanta area. Chill and I waited patiently at his house for the arrival - it was worth the wait. When the trailer door was opened exictment gripped all of us - two Deluxe Pallet Cars. Small problem - Chills car was loaded in the front and mine in the rear - just opposite of the delivery schedule - Alan said it was because Maurice supervised the loading - Maurice blamed Alan - it was no problem. It was kinda cool really - two cars in Chills driveway.
After loading mine back in we headed south. After realizing the rig would not make it in the driveway we went to plan B - unload on the road - yikes the traffic was scary flying by hell bent to get somewhere.
The car is now resting in the garage and the Weavers should be home - Thanks Guys ! First class operation !

The first thing I did when I got home was to check this site to see if you had posted anything, how about some pictures. Tell Clyde to take a few minutes away from his kit and post something. It was nice to see Patrick and his car at Clydes, we know now how crazy he is after driving his car in 20 degree weather, without a top. Have fun working on your cars ans if you have a question call Maurice.

Glad to hear you guys made it home ok. Must have been the excellent directions. I'm nearly finished with the disassembly and will get the body off next weekend. Tried my hand at a little sanding and think I can do it all. Great car and fun to work on - Thanks.

I think Clyde slept in his car last night - I haven't heard a peep from him all day. I tried to post my pictures but I need to reduce the file sizes first. The one of you and Maurice is a hoot - the brothers two.

Looks great so far, remember to take lots of pictures. Hey, I'm not crazy ... I like to think of it as "dedicated".

Alan - I think I've worn the wife down on the top. I'm starting a list, nothing major. I hope to be in touch in a few weeks. Now that I think of it, what I may do is to rent a trailer and drop the cobra off on my way to TX to pick up and bring back my brother's Porsche when he ships out. I'm guessing he's shipping end of this month and that's a March roadtrip.
