motor mount bolts

the clearance for the tubing welded to the frame for the engine mount has 5/8 inch inside diameter. the clearance for the motor mounts is a loose 7/16 (.460 measured). using a 7/16 bolt results in a lot of slack betweent the motor mounts and the frame. is this ok?

hope to install engine soon. and then the body work will begin.
