If you are installing a tonneau cover the best drill bit size I found was 5/32". Be careful those little buggars will snap off flush with the body in a heartbeat, even after you have chased the hole with a screw. Drilling one out is damn near impossible to do without screwing up your nice new silver paint :(. Looks like I'll learn another new skill [V].

Assembly is more fun than bodywork, infact anything is better than bodywork.

Get some beeswax, works great on all metal self tapping screws into fiberglass. The bee's will love you.

Can I use the bees wax to fill the hole next to the post that I drilled by accident when the drill bit slipped off of the screw :(

Sure, but it takes only a dab of hardner with the bees wax.
