Rough, unfinshed Unique for sale

A friend of mine in Huntsville, AL has an unfinshed Unique 289 FIA for sale (~$16K). The car currently has a 351W, C6, no paint, unfinished interior. If interested I can get his contact info...

I'm just sorry it's a Unique... Wish it was a Superformance or something.. It surfaces about every six months if it's the same car..
Maybe the Weavers can buy it back and do a major rehab on it...:)

Spencer had a picture online. It is pretty ugly [B)]. I think the frame has been hacked up as well. Let's all chip-in and put this puppy to rest once and for all. It's kinda like have a wayward sister roaming the streets - makes us look bad.

Since your the drag racer this would make a great Dragon Snake Car. Far as I know no Unique has been made to duplicate the famous Drag Cars Shelby had in that era. Do the graphics and whole nine yards. I would say this thing could be bought rear cheap.

What is it about this car? I feel sorry for the damn thing. If we can get some pics maybe someone will make him an offer and get this thing fixed.

If I were to drag a Cobra I would just order a body from Alan and start from scratch. Those days are over. (for now)
