build update

hello everyone, things are going pretty well. took the car to the paint shop this week.probably 3 weeks till i get it back.connected remote oil lines, solinode, (liked idea of mounting it behind head on passenger side.)i'll take the time now and clean the frameand polish all alumiunand chrome.also thinging about making awooden dash. has anyone done this? and any thoughts on the idea would be helpful.plus what's the best product for polishing ceramic headers and sidepipes? thanks,glenn:):)

I had to wait through eight weeks of hell till I got mine back - but well worth the wait. I'm avoiding making a decision on where to mount the solenoid, but sooner or later (probably sooner), I'm going to have to decide. As polish - I use Mothers Billet Polish.... works reeeeeal good [^]

Mine went to the painter in November 2002 and cam back in early March 2003. But we did alot of extra stuff under the body like filling in all the cracks and crevices where the fiberglass panels came together to keep out dirt and debris. Then shot the underside with 2 part epoxy bedliner.
