There seems to be some confusion on how to use avatars. Follow these steps to have your avatar work.
1) From the Personal menu select Edit Profile.
2) Upload your avatar image file. Please keep them small. If your's is larg and you need assistance, email it to me and I'll reduce it for you.
3) Wait for me to aprove your avatar, this may take some time. If I'm in town and near a computer it will be done quickly.
4) Go back to your profile from the Personal meny and select the newly activated avatar.
Most members are forgeting step four and uploading the file again.
