New server

I just finished installing the new server [8D]. This is the first post of that server. I think everything moved over okay. You guys should take a look and make sure all you stuff is still setup right.

BTW - I'll be in Ohio starting tomorrow and returning on the 6th of January. I have someone watching the server while I'm gone. I'll do my best to check in now and then but the place where I'll be only has dial up access :(.

I also noticed that there were 10 active topics, however when I click on the 10 active topics it just brings me to the last topic, this one. Something is not quite right.

The database backup was done this morning at 10AM PST. Any posts after that are gone. I can look on the old server and see if I can get them over. Yesterdays data should be here.

I'm seeing some data loss from the data migration. I'm not sure how to fix it yet and may not be able to. It looks like it's just daya in the last 24 hours.

Yep, there is stuff missing (e.g. the thread started by Brent on restuffing the seat cushions). But, I also noticed that was started while the server installation must have been taking place. I noticed the site was going up and down and, more often than not, was unavailable.

Nonetheless, I hope it's more reliable going forward. Way to go Patrick!
