It feels great and I like the over stuffed look better too.

I lost the link to the suppliers, seems like it was Brookstone or something.

You can get it from Brookstone but it is a little pricey. I found this on e-bay from the Rocky Mountain Pillow Company in Knoxville, TN.

$19.00 per pillow.

Yep, Brookstone is probably more pricey, but it's www.brookstone.com, and widely available in a lot of malls so you can see it , feel it, and measure it for yourself. The material is called Tempur. Make sure you get that and not a cheap imitation. It's really dense and heavy.

Also, after another driving session on a glorious day today, I'm ready to declare total victory over butt ache, at least while driving my Unique.

That Tempur stuff is really $$$. Perhaps several of us could pitch-in some money and share a larger piece of it. Each of us would only need a piece about 12in x 15in. Does anyone know if this foam can be bought in sheets? A square yard should do about six seats.

[?] Visco-Elastic Foam [?]

Originally formulated by NASA to reduce pressure points and protect astronauts during blast off. (Just like letting the clutch out on a Cobra:D)

Visco-Elastic is a temperature sensitive, open cell, low rebound, heavy, almost gel like foam. Traditional foam is high resilience which constantly pushes back when displaced, causing pressure points.

So as you see...NASA formulated a special foam just for the extreme rigors and violent G-Forces experienced by the Cobra owner:D:D:D

Sounds good to me, just don't know if I can say it again (Visco-Elastic).

427,

You can buy sheets designed to cover mattresses, but that option is REALLY pricey, and probably not thick enough for the application. Okie Snake, Brent and I used lumbar pillows made out of Tempur, which is a little thicker. That thread was lost in the server change. I found it on the web (lost the link) for $34.99, but I think Brent found it even cheaper on e-bay. Just Google, tempur, or healthy back store, and I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding it. I only suggested Brookstone, because they have many retail stores located at malls, and I thought many of you would want to take a first-hand look.
