If anyone is interrested in adding a manual parking brake I have found a good source for the rear calipers.

Jaguar specialties

I ran across some IRS pieces he had on e-bay and e-mailed him a Q about the parking brake calipers.

Complete with the mounting screws = 75.00 a pair :D

Just an FYI

Brent,
If the calipers are salvage yard take offs you should disasemble them and clean & lube the self adjusters.

If you could document the install and post it here, it would be fantastic! I, for one, am very interested in this modification. The line-lock is fine, but I don't trust it on much more than level ground. Parking in gear obviously helps, but all you need is one no-brain yokel to reach in and play with the shifter... [B)]

Carry portable fold-up wheel chocks!!!!! They're available at any decent auto parts store. We have great parking brakes on commercial airliners, but we still chock 'em every time at every gate.

Evcel,

I will do that. I hope to do it this weekend and I will post as soon as I can. I actually might mock it up and post pics to get opinions before I final fit the assy.
