I did not recieve the calipers friday so I decided to mount the handle and front cable mount today.

Here is the Lokar handle, cable assy, boot, and trim ring.

I made a bracket out of .100 aluminum to brace the fiberglass tunnel and bent a platform for the front cable mount to bolt to.

Next I laid out the templet and cut the hole for the handle assy.

I then used elevator bolts through the floor to act as studs under the car. I used elevator bolts so there would be no bumps in the carpet when I finished.

Here are the bolts and hole from under the car

Brent,
I used the same parking brake handle in mine. Here are a couple pictures of the calipers and mounting hardware.
Unique is going to use the long parking brake handle that will mount along side the trans tunnel like an orginal.

Brent,
Now you can see how this is a one cable assembly. Poorboy, good pictures, worth a thousand words.

Poorboy,
Thanks a mil for the pics. I had never seen the calipers before now. I thought it was a two cable system and I was talking to Eliminator on the phone and he was explaining to me how it was set up but I was having trouble picturing it.

Thanks
Brent
