I was wondering if anyone could help tell the difference between the oil temp. and water temp. sending units. I purchased Stewart Warner's off of Unique and they ended up out of the boxes on my workbench (kids maybe?). One has 334-H 12V0008 engraved and the other 334-J 12V0301.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Scott,

The 334-H is for water temperature, the 334-J is for the oil temperature. This info is from SW Tech Department.

Thanks for this info. as well as the other contributions through out this site.

We finally fired up my engine this past weekend. (427SO) What a sweet sound after all this time. (I started buying small parts for this car in 1982.)

I want to thank everyone who has contributed on this site, it is appreciated.
