Your first drive? Congrats!! Yes, saying a "rush" is an understatement - my first didn't include doors or seats - just my cheeks against fiberglass with one hand on the steering wheel and the other on the shifter (really caught the neighborhoods attention :D:D:D Sorry, I can't help w/your trans challenges.
