Look in your profile and you'll see something new. This field is where you can put your Unique serial number. This is a 7 digit number that either starts with 427 or 289 depending on your model. Older cars will have a 4 digit number.

I'm working on having the number visible on the topics page. You may have noticed that it reads Chassis: 9999999. This is just a placeholder until I can finish writing the SQL queries to get the data from your profile.

Enjoy,

Patrick

Gasman, there is a difference.....most of the other Unique #9999999's are running. BTW, what's the status of your new and improved (I hope) SA monster?

Clay - I heard mine new motor was run in today but they are tinkering with the carb a bit. You may have been in front of me because I think I was #2 on the list this week.

PS, sorry about the hijacked thred.

John, not low, just a little brotherly love. He's been around me for 49 years, and understands, and you know what, he'd have done exactly the same thing!

Patrija, that's Gasman's motor, not mine, but I hope you're happy with it. Which one did you acquire?

Oops ... yeah, I meant Gasman and typed Clay. I'm waiting for final details from Bill on the motor. Short story is it's a upgrade from the 406 I had and still based on the 390 block. I think Bill's calling it a "Super FE".

For those that have been wanting this, it is implemented on the new forum. And it's even a searchable field. I think this will be a good start at a Unique registry.
