Juan, YOU ARE THE MAN!!![^]

Thank you for the memories of a GREAT TIME!

It all started with a sunset ride through the mountains on Thursday evening. We then thundered down the strip of Gatlinburg. After that we found out what 10 W.O.T. Uniques sound like in a dark 1/8 mile long tunnel.[:P] Back to the hotel for spirits and a walk to the all you can eat Catfish restaurant. For those of you that attended Homecoming, it was just as good as Top O The River.[:O] Later a trip to the Marble Slab Creamery for some incredible ice cream creations.
On Friday morning at 7am the group set out through the mountains for a breakfast run. (Buffet style just like I like it!!!) The river was full from all of the rain and rapidly running its course. The winding curve of the road followed the rivers path and provided plenty of oppertunity to wear out the front tires. (My wifes right arm is bruised black from the inside of the passenger door[}:)]) We later returned to the hotel for a long day of B.S. (You know who you are) Everybody brought food and spirit and the area was packed all day. Friday evening was the shrimp boil by the pool and there was enough food and homemade ice cream to feed an army.
On Saturday morning we set out for a 80 mile breakfast run through the foothills. Tony led us to the Apple Barn orchard and restaurant. As we thundered through the trees apples were falling everywhere. Sorry!
Saturday was the big day for all the rods and musclecars to cruise the strip. Food, spirits,the pool, and a lawnchair pretty much sum up the day.
The best part of this trip, as with any Cobra gathering, is the people.[8D] I was able to introduce my wife to all of the people that were at Homecoming and also meet alot of people that were not at Homecoming. The amazing thing is how people that have never met and differ in age by over 40 years can become good friends in less than a minute.
I already booked the room for next year. :D

Nope was not mischief it is a photo of yours truly and Master (aka Scott). Pigeon Forge is a dry town no hard liquor so we were sampling some Wild Turkey, Rare Blend from the refigerator I have built in the trunk of my Lil' Cobra. Juan I need to by a good used digital camera any ideas? Why you may ask -- self defense of course. :D Lets see your car will be done by homecoming???
