Here's a few pics of Mike Delasco's new car, he sold his car after last years open house and ordered a new one soon after. It has a 351W with a Butch Capps top loader. He plans on driving it to this years show in May.

Hi Allan:
Is that the soft top that my car will also have? I can't wait to see my car at your place during homecoming.

Thanks Randy.

Clay, don't you have enough garage space for both.

I don't live in a place where there's any such thing as cheap land.

I hear that ... I live in a North Atlanta subdivision that requires any detached garages to be 2 stories (like the houses) and have the same finish as the house (stone and shingle for me). Got a quote last year to build a 2 car with an unfinished "apartment" upstairs ... it was over $40K! :(

My subdivision is made up of lots from 1 to three acres, so space isn't a problem.... but the property must be built for only one family, i.e. no mother-in-law apartment or addition, and cannot be built like it could be used as a second living space, so the garage can only be a garage with no second story.

Funny how different areas have different restrictions on what you can or cannot do with your property.

Oh oh..... did we just hijack this thread?[:O][:O]:D:D

In our subdivision the detached garages have to be attached to the house, like with a breeze-way and have to be built of materials similar to the house with the same colors

Hi Will:

I am looking forward to seeing you during homecoming. My wife will be with me so she can meet all of you guys.

Also my car will probably be very close to finish and you all will get to see it then.

Ralph, Phil--we just pull them down in the pasture and park them, cows graze around, bushhogging last year with the big john deere and found two i had forgot about.Being a family of environmentalists such vehicles makes for fine habitat for rabbits, mice, mosquitoes, lizards and such. And armadilloes.Will-alabama
