front suspension build

Has anyone every built the front suspension for a FIA 289. I was thanking, i would build another car To run in some auto cross events. In trying to keep cost down I was going to build as much as i could myself. What is everyones take on running a live axle? Also if anyone has any spare or used parts they want to sell. please let me know.

I can't help you on your the front suspension question, but again, the subject of spare/used parts comes up. Sure would be nice if we could add a forum topic pertaining to "Stuff for Sale" or "Stuff Wanted" by members.

That sounds like a great idea, I think everyone has spare parts after building. I guess some parts are more important than others, I better check what that round wooden thing is used for.;)
