Nudge bars

Iam finishing a 289 and I like the look of nudge bars and overiders . Can anyone give me information on mounting the front nudge bar and overiders?[?]

David are you talking about the chrome bumperettes and the oval chrome piece that surrounds the opening in the front of the car?

I just installed (a month or so ago) the uprights, aka bumperettes on my 427. It's a snap. I don't know about the 289, but the mounting rods on the upper-front of the 427 are longer, so you need longer ones (2). Alan can help. The rest of the installation is just some wrenching.
