Speedometer

I took my car out on the road for the first time today and I noticed the speedometer was not working but the milage was counting backwards. I assume that there is an adapter need to correct the rotation. Has anyone had this problem before? I have Autometer gages.

I have. There is a device called a Speedometer Drive Joint. Stewart Warner #411 335-D Call Alan or send him an e-mail they may have it in stock

I'm assuming you have the Autometer reverse speedo. I've got a spare reverser if you are interested, however, I can't get it in the mail before the middle of next week.
