What do they call the air dam that is found in the front grill and
where mite i get one?

Are you referring to the aluminum shrouds around the radiator inside the nose? These help direct the air flow through (not around) the Griffin radiator. Comes in sections from Unique Motorcars. Call Maurice or Alan. Hope this helps.

You can see this flat piece of metal across the center of the nose opening
and is usually painted and striped to match the body colors.

Mike, The terms that I've seen for the horizontal bar across the grille opening are "splitter bar" and "air diverter". Unique used to be able to provide them as an option but they are not an option now to the best of my knowledge.
The attached image is my 1992 Unique Build.
