As promised to Rick I am finally posting these Pics. I am very happy with the fit and finish "very stout covers". I decided to leave the covers to their orginal texture "basically grit blasted aluminum". I sent them to HPC Coatings and had their hypercoat process done in Aluminum. I would recommend coating the covers in one of the many color choices they have. Without coating them cleaning would not be fun.

Thay look real good. I was concerned about the clearance between the throttle linkeage but you have plenty of clearance. Be sure to tighten the rear jam nut on the linkeage, ovservation, habit, pre-flight inspection!!

They sure have the options covered, breathers, PCV valve, and fillers.

Those look great. I have a set also. I choose to polish them and let me tell ya it's a bit of work. Knocking down that textured finish is the worst part. Took some time, lots of emery and wetsand to a 12,000. Then hard, med and soft wheels for final polish. One is finished...one to go.
