What are you using for rear spring rates? Koni recommended 250# springs for the back, which do give a good ride and allow enough movement to help traction out some. They do also allow the car to give the shock snubbers a good workout, so I'm thinking that 350#'ers might be a good jump.

Whattya got on yours?

Presently 350# Hypercoils, with Billstein Shocks charged with 125# of nitrogen. The 400# springs would not be out of the picture.

Good Question.
I am running QA1 650# 9inch springs up front.
I haven't touch the rears as they seam to be fine. They are what came from Unique with the adjustable shocks.

Alan, What is the spring rate on the rear of the adjustable set ups?

550lb up front, 400lb in the rear. A bit stiffer ride, but not at all unreasonable and handles mucho bettero.

Mmm....this is good. Looks like the 400#er's are the better choice; I was a hair uncertain that they might turn the backend into a buckboard. I did go to 450# on the fronts, and good to know that more can be had without popping eyeballs outta sockets.

Thank you, mens. This is what I needed.

I have the standard shocks-- and I get a little wheel rub on the right fender of my FIA- especially with larger passengers. If I replace my springs with 400 # I would think I might solve my problem and I might not need new adjustable coil-overs?

I've got 300 lbs 11" on front and they really give a smooth ride on city streets. I had 330 lbs 10" and my fillings kept falling out.
